seeking to issue Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ or direction to quash the impugned order as per Annexure "A" against the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press this petition at this stage and seeks permission to withdraw the same, with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the same cause of action if the occasion so arise.

The petitioner further submit that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to return the all original documents.
