The present writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Puttur, for disposal of M.C.No.31/2022 which was pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Madikeri as M.C.No.71/2016 and the same was later transferred to the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Puttur and renumbered as M.C.No.31/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that right

from the year 2016 the matter is pending as such there may be a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner.

The M.C. is filed in the year 2016, the same is pending from the last 9 years and already the Courts are disposing of the pending old matters on priority. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following:
