Sri.Shahameer Ahamad., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.H.V.Devaraju., counsel for respondents 1 and 2 have appeared in person.

The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Endorsement dated 19.04.2025 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure-A and direct the second respondent to continue the name of the petitioner in the electric meters i.e., R.R.Nos.6S26894 to 6S26898, 4S313, 4SL330, 4SL7886 in respect to the property of the petitioner.

After arguing the matter for some time, counsel Sri.Shahameer Ahamad., submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty for the petitioner to approach Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004 seeking appropriate relief.
