Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to the Police Authorities restraining them from interfering with the rights of the petitioner insofar as the scheduled properties are concerned.

Petitioner draws the attention to the

representation at Annexure-P. It is specifically stated that the police authorities are intervening and interfering with the rights of the petitioner. It is further asserted by the petitioner that the Superintendent of Police has made out a report to the Inspector General of Police at Annexure-E and accordingly, there is no warrant for the respondents to intervene.

Learned AGA upon instructions submits that respondents would not intervene in the civil disputes unless there is any direction by the Court.
