In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the deputation/transfer order passed by the respondent State.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents at the outset submitted that transfer order has been passed in the year 2021. Due to efflux of time, the respondents will not implement the transfer order.

submitted that the petitioner has raised a question that temporary employee cannot be transferred.

The question is left open to be decided in appropriate case. Since the State Government is not implementing the transfer order because of efflux of time, the writ petition is disposed of as become infructuous. If there is any fresh transfer order passed in respect of the petitioner, liberty is reserved to challenge the same before the appropriate legal forum.
