The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent to restructure the loan account as per RBI Guidelines dated 05.05.2021 vide Annexure-H bearing No.RBI/2021-22/32 DOR.STR.REC.12/ 21.04.048/2021-22.

ii) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the endorsement issued by the respondent sent by Email dated 23.06.2021 vide Annexure-F.

iii) Issue a Such further and other reliefs as this Hon'ble Tribunal may consider fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
