In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refer the petitioner OMR answer booklet for evaluation to 5th evaluator pertains to MBBS III E.N.T. subject held on 08.02.2024 as per Annexure-A

(ii) Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-evaluate the OMR answer booklet pertains to MBBS - III E.N.T. subject held on 08.02.2024.

(iii) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
