The petitioners have filed a memo stating that they have produced the statement of accounts for having paid all the outstanding amount, including the award amount vide AnnexureC to the respondent Society/respondent Nos.2 and 3. The petitioners have enclosed No Due Certificate – cum – Loan Account closure issued by respondent No.2.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not dispute the same.
The petitioners have paid the outstanding due amount, including the award amount, and respondent No.2 has issued No Due Certificate – cum – loan account closure letter dated 11.12.2024.
In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
