Seven agriculturist petitioners of Haldahalli Village, Ballari sought implementation of the Coordinate Bench order dated 27.09.2023 in W.P.No.105460/2023, which had been passed on the undertaking of the learned AGA that the petitioners' application dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure-G) would be considered within a reasonable time; the order remained unimplemented and, with the passage of time, the petitioners were unable to file contempt proceedings.
