The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction in the nature of writ to quash impugned proceedings bearing No.KAVIPRANINI/B53/42123/2016-17, dt.15.06.2020 passed by the 2^nd respondent (ANNEXURE-L) and also Appellate Order No.KAVIPRANINI/B53/42123/2016-17, dt.25.02.2021, passed by the 1st respondent (ANNEXURE-N), and pass

Petitioner aggrieved by impugned proceedings bearing No. KAVIPRANINI/B53/ 42123/2016-17, dt.15.06.2020 passed by 2^nd respondent (ANNEXURE-L) and also Appellate Order No. KAVIPRANINI/ B53/421237 2016-17, dt.25.02.2021. passed by 1 respondent (ANNEXURE-N) whereby imposed punishment on the petitioner to withholding of next one annual increment without cumulative effect had approached this Hon'ble Court. Petitioner submits that in view of subsequent developments, petitioner doesn't want to prosecute the present writ petition Hence, Petitioner may kindly he permitted to withdraw the captioned petition, in the interest of Justice.”
