The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other nature of writ directing the Resp No 2 to pass an order to allow the Petitioner to continue his service in the respondent 5 college till end of this academic year 2024-25 in view of the provision mentioned in 2^nd page of the circular No KA Shi E/ NEVI-1/A U aa/90.2023-24 dated 3/10/2024 vide Annexure B passed by R2.

Pass such orders as his Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the Petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity.

The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner having been appointed as a guest lecturer is now sought to be terminated from service during the academic year.
