The present petition is filed seeking writ of

mandamus for appointment of the competent authority under Sections 5 to 8 of the K.P.I.D. Act, 2004 in respect of Shri Gajaraj Co-operative Society Ltd., Belagavi and Shri Bhimambika Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Belagavi.

Learned AGA has filed a memo dated 02.07.2025, which reads as under :
