The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Issue writ of certiorari, by quashing impugned auction notice dated 03/02/2025 issued by respondent no 2, produced at Annexure -C1.

b. Issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to receive the outstanding loan amount from petitioner and give clearance certificate with respect to aforesaid petition property.

c. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.

A memo dated 22.09.2025, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been filed, which reads

“That, the present petitioner herein has instructed that, he has paid the loan amount
