The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the R1 to R3 to consider the Representation dated 04.12.2024 vide Annexure-G, G1 & G2 and to pay amount due to it along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of amount due till realization;

ii. Issue any other writ or direction or order the Petitioner is found entitled to.

The Petitioner had been issued a work order on 31.10.2017 by Respondent No.3, in pursuance of which, the Petitioner claims that the Petitioner has carried out work and raised running bills, which not having been paid completely as also within time, a representation had been submitted by the Petitioner on 4.12.2024, at Annexure-G series, which not having been considered, the Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs.
