The petitioner is before this Court seeking the

following prayer:

1. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to accept a duly filled Application for grant of deed writer’s license along with prescribed fees and grant deed writer’s license to the petitioner, in the interest of justice and equity.

2. Any other reliefs this Hon’ble court deems fit for the facts and circumstances of the case may pleased be granted in favour of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has been working in the Office of

Deed Writer said to have applied for a license to work as Deed Writer under the Act. The application is said to have been in a faulty format, due to which, the respondents have rejected the application of the petitioner. Therefore the petitioner is before this Court seeking direction to the respondents to accept the duly filled application in appropriate format and consider his application in

accordance with law.

Learned AGA on instructions would submit that the application if submitted in an appropriate format duly filled, the same would merit consideration in accordance with law.

In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application in appropriate format duly filled, in the event it is submitted, the same shall merit consideration at the hands of the respondents without being influenced by the earlier endorsement rejecting the application.
