The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs:

a. Issue Direction for expeditious disposal of AA No.1/2024, pending on the file of Hon’ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharwad within an outer limit of 1 week from the date of communication of the Copy of the Order of this Hon’ble Court.

b. Issue Direction to the Hon’ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharwad, for considering extension of the mandate of the Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal, up to 28.02.2025, in AA No.1/2024;

c. Pass any such other order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to meet the ends of justice and equity.
