An order dated 23.07.2019 passed by the learned Judge of this Court in W.P.Nos.29275-29276/2019 (EDN-RES) is challenged, whereby this Court disposed of the writ petitions directing the appellants - AICTE to consider the representation of the respondents in terms of the Circular dated 07.06.2019 and grant letter of approval for starting the course in the Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy) from the academic year 2019-20.

The learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the aforesaid order of the learned single Judge dated 23.07.2019 has lost its efficacy in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Pharmacy
