Learned Government Advocate for the appellants-

State has filed a Memo to withdraw the appeal. The memo reads as under:

"The above writ Appeal was filed challenging the Order dated 05.06.2023 passed by the Learned Single Judge in directing the Appellants to permit the Respondent No. 1 Institution to appoint Lecturers in the College, within two months from the date of receipt of the Order.

It is submitted that, there were certain pre-requisites which were not fulfilled by the Respondents for granting permission to issue notification for appointment of the lecturers and thus the State had preferred the above appeal. The Respondents having now fulfilled the conditions, the Appellants have complied with the Order passed by the Learned Single Judge. In view of the compliance of the Order, the Appellants to not wish to prosecute the above Appeal and accordingly seek leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above appeal.

WHEREFORE , the Appellants pray that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to dismiss the above appeal as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity."
