This Regular Second Appeal coming on for Orders, this day

the Court made the following Order.

ORAL ORDER

None appeared for the appellants.

Respondents' counsel appeared and submits that there was a conditional order dated 25.10.2024. After perusal of the said order it appears that the matter was adjourned, as a last chance, four weeks time was granted to file paper book subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to Karnataka Advocates' Clerk Benevolent Trust, High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru.

It appears that the learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo for having paid the cost of Rs.1,000/- and the same was placed on record.

The matter is listed today and the appellants' counsel did not came forward to take steps. In view of the same, the appellants' counsel is directed to take steps in respect of unserved respondents and to file paper books within a period of two weeks, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically.
