It is most respectfully submitted on behalf of the Appellant as follows:

1. That the Respondent No. 5 (M. P. Vijayalaxmi) has paid a sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- to the Appellant and the Appellant acknowledges receipt of the same as full as final settlement of the claims in respect of the Schedule Property which is the subject matter of this Appeal.

2. Pursuant to the aforementioned settlement, the Appellant acknowledges that the Respondent No. 5 is in possession of the Schedule Property and the Appellant has no claim, right, title, or interest whatsoever over the said property.

3. The Appellant also undertakes withdraw all claims, representations, or objections before the Revenue Authorities or any other authority concerning the Schedule Property, in view of the present settlement.

4. In light of the above settlement, the Appellant respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly permit withdrawal of the above appeal as settled.
