This is an RPFC of the year 2017. Once the process fee has been paid and the notice is sent, the said notice returned as 'Door locked.' Thereafter, for issuance of notice for the second time, the petitioner has not taken steps in this matter. When the matter came up before the Court on 02.01.2024 and 23.01.2024, a week's time was granted to do the needful and again on 05.02.2024, a week's time was granted to do the needful. In spite of that, the petitioner has not done the needful.

When the matter came up before this Court on 03.06.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'dismissal' for today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-
