The present petition is filed assailing the order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kolar, in M.C.No.21/2025, whereby the Trial Court had partly allowed the memo dated 05.03.2025 and dismissed the petition as not pressed on compensatory cost of Rs.50,000/- payable to the respondent towards litigation and travelling expenses and shall be deposited in the Court within 30 days from the date of the order.

The Office had raised objection with regard to the maintainability of this petition in view of Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and to file a fresh petition.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to file an appropriate petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
