This petition is filed by the respondent-Husband challenging the order dated 11^th March, 2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.223 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bellari.

After the appearance of respondent herein, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad for settlement between the parties.
