This Court on 01.07.2024 has disposed of the review petitioner’s writ petition in WP No. 10995/2024. The petition is disposed of as having become infructuous as the learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the Office Order dated 29.06.2024 to substantiate the respondent’s case that the petitioner’s suspension is revoked.

The review petitioner, as asserted by Sri P. Mahesha, the learned counsel, contends that she has not been given even a table to work from and salary has not been paid and as such there is cause for review. Sri B.L.Sanjeev, the learned counsel for the respondents, on the other hand submits that the petitioner has not reported to duty and therefore show cause notices have been presently issued. The question of condonation of delay and revision is examined in the light of this submission.

One a careful consideration of the circumstances, this Court is of the view that none of the grounds urged will be a

cause for review under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC. Hence, the petition along with application stands disposed of subject to

all just exceptions.
