Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a

memo for withdrawal. The memo reads as under:

" The Petitioner submits that the present Petition has been filed against the order dated 06.03.2023 passed in I.A. No. 3 filed under Orders 1 Rule 10(2) r/w Section 151 of CPC, in O.S. No. 2802/2022 in the file of the LX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, allowing the said application. It is submitted that the Plaintiff the Respondent herein filed I.A. No. 7 seeking to withdraw the above-mentioned suit. The said application was allowed vide order dated 11.03.2025, accordingly the suit was disposed as withdrawn.

The Petition has become infructuous in view of the withdrawal of suit in O.S. No. 2802/2023 by the Respondent. Hence the above-mentioned Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.”
