Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 Sri.R.Kiran would submit that 'B' report is already filed. The order sheet pertaining to Cr.No.17/2025 of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Shivamogga reveals that the trial Court has already issued notice to the complainant on 'B' report.
