The Petitioner has filed the above Criminal Petition praying this Hon’ble Court to quash the FIR registered by the 1^st Respondent Police in Crime No.0025/2024 for the alleged offences under Sections, 419 & 420 of IPC and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the IT Act.

The Respondent Cyber Crime Police completed the investigation of Crime No.0025/2024 and filed charge sheet in C.C.No.34909 of 2025 before the Trial Court.

In view of the same, the Petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the above Petition reserving liberty to file fresh Petition.
