“a) To call for the entire records in Crime No. 95/2023 the First Information Report and Complaint registered on the file of learned Hon’ble Addl.Civil Judge and JMFC Court, S.R. Patna at Mandya.

b) To quash the FIR initiated in Crime No. 95/2023 filed by the Respondents No. 1 against the Petitioner for the offences punishable under sections 341, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code on the file of learned Hon’ble Addl. Civil judge and JMFC Court, S.R. Patna at Mandya District.

c) To grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court be pleased to grant, in facts and circumstances of the petition by allowing the above petition, in the interest of justice and equity.”
