The prayer in this petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case, without further delay.

It is contented by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that second respondent i.e., the defacto complainant is prolonging the case without appearing

before the trial Court and though the charges were framed on 24.07.2023, so far the trial has not commenced and complainant's evidence is not yet recorded.

FIR is registered in respect of an incident which

took place on 01.01.2020 in Crime No.2/2020 of Annapoorneshwari Nagar Police Station, against the petitioner and others for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, read with Section 34 of IPC.

Charge sheet was filed in the year 2020 against the petitioner. The material on record goes to show that the charges were framed on 24.07.2023 and so far the trial has not commenced. As per the order sheet of the trial Court, even proclamation was issued to CW1 to CW3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the learned VI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore is directed to dispose of C.C.No.6258/2020 pending against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible
