Petitioner has preferred this petition seeking to quash

the entire proceedings arising out of Cr.No.110/2020 of Nagamangala Town Police Station, Mandya, registered against him for the offences punishable under Section 323, 324, 355 and 504 IPC.

In the counter case registered on a complaint

lodged by the petitioner herein, an application was filed under Section 320(2) of Cr.P.C., based on which the

accused are acquitted by the trial Court vide order dated 8.3.2025.

It is contended that before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Nagamangala, Mandya, in CC No.421/2021, respondent No.2/defacto complainant has filed an affidavit stating that he has no objection to quash the proceedings initiated in Cr.No.110/2020 of Nagamangala Town Police Station.
