Learned counsel for the petitioners have filed a memo for

withdrawal of the petition, which reads as under:-

“ The Undersigned counsel for Petitioner submits that the above mentioned case was listed on 20.03.2025 for the Non-compliance of office objections for 1^st first time before Registrar (Protocol and Hospitality).

Meanwhile, in relation to the above case Charge Sheet has been filed before THE COURT OF ADDL.CIVIL JUDGE (Jr.Dn) and JMFC at ARASIKERE, HASSAN Court in Cr.No.121/2024 by Javagal Police Station.

Therefore We pray this Hon’ble Court permitting us to withdraw the above Petition. And humbly seek liberty to file fresh Petition before the Hon’ble court in the Interest of justice and equity.”
