The petitioners have prayed for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.156/2023, registered by the Devanahalli Police Station on the file of Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 328, 420, 498A, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'the IPC') and also under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
