IA.I of 2024 is filed under Section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to bring the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant on record. Application is supported by the affidavit of Smt.N.V.Vimala, who is the wife of deceased sole appellant. Today counsel for the appellant submitted that legal representative of the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case.

In view of the submission, IA.I of 2024 filed under Section 256 of Cr.P.C is dismissed. Consequently, this appeal is dismissed as abated. In view of dismissal of main appeal, pending applications if any, also stand disposed of.
