This appeal is filed to set aside the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Crl.Misc.No.456/2025 by the learned Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Mangalore and enlarge the appellant on anticipatory bail in Cr.No.36/2025 registered by the Belthangady police station for the offence punishable under Section 9 of the Karnataka Protection of Interest Depositors Exorbitant Act, 2004, in the event of his arrest.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.17392/2025 directed the respondent not to take coercive/precipitative steps against the appellant nor arrest him till the next date of hearing (i.e.,12.08.2025) subject to the condition that the appellant shall co-operate with the investigation.
