As per the charge sheet CW2 Chinnaraju, CW18 Sunil S/o Mallikarjuna and CW13 Ramesh S/o Subrahmanya are the eyewitnesses of this alleged incident. On 05.02.2025, the jurisdictional magistrate has recorded the statement of Chinnaraju and Sunil under Section 183(5) of BNSS Act.

On perusal of the prosecution evidence placed before this court, at this stage, I am of the opinion that, there are prima-facie materials to attract the alleged offences. The alleged commission of offences are punishable with death or imprisonment for the life. The same are heinous in nature.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offences, at this stage if accused No.1 is released on bail, it may affect the society on large. The trial Court has properly appreciated the materials on record in accordance with law and facts. I do not find any error/illegality in the
