This petition is filed by sole accused under Section 483 of BNS praying to grant bail in Crime No.410/2025 of Kengeri Police Station registered for offences under Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act and Section 64(2)(m) of BNS.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional SPP for respondent No.1/State and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and the victim girl who is present in Court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 and victim girl have no objection for grant of bail to the petitioner. He further submits that there is a talk between elders of both the families of petitioner and victim and they have agreed for performing marriage of the petitioner with the victim girl after she attaining age of 18 years.

On perusal of the first information filed by respondent No.2 indicate that there was a friendship between petitioner and the victim girl. The statement of the victim girl has also been recorded under Section 183 of BNSS. The victim is of the age of understanding the consequences of her acts. Respondent No.2, the mother of the victim and the victim girl are present before the Court. They have submitted that elders of both the families have agreed for marriage of petitioner and the victim girl after she attaining age of 18 years. Considering the above aspect, the petitioner has made out case for grant of bail with conditions. In the result, the following:
