Petitioner is seeking to relax Condition No.(e) passed in Crl.P.No.7034/2025 disposed on 06.06.2025. The said Condition No.(e) stipulates that petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been released on bail pursuant to the order passed by this Court, but the trial Court is not accepting the surety since two weeks' time has been expired and now NBW has been issued to the petitioner.

Since this Court has already released the petitioner on bail, it is just and proper to extend the time for the petitioner to furnish the surety. Hence, the following order:
