The Copy of the order passed by the Additional Civil Judge & JMFC at Dodballapur dt 15.07.2025 in Crl Misc No 358/2020 is herewith produced along with the memo for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. Therefore, the counsel prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dispose of the above petition as having become infructuous in the interest of justice and equity."
