The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a. Quash the order dated 16.07.2024 and 19.10.2024 passed by the court of XIV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru in CC.No.55066/2018 (Annexure-A)

b. Pass such other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.

Both the counsel submit that the amount due by the petitioner has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent.

Sri.Ravi Prakash, learned counsel who appears through video conferencing submits that the entire amount has been received and no further amounts are pending to be received from the petitioner.
