Chargesheet is filed by Koratagere Police,

Tumakuru, in their station Cr.No.110/2025, registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of BNS, 2023 against accused Nos.1 to 9. Petitioner has been arraigned as accused No.9.

FIR is registered against five unknown persons, on a complaint lodged by Sundar S. S/o Senthil Kumar. Chargesheet is filed for the offence punishable under Section 310(2), 311, 61(2) and 62 of BNS, 2023.

The gist of the complaint is that, complainant is working as a Manager in one Sri Mukambika Finance and along with him one Manjunath bin Venkatesh K. (accused No.2) was also working. On 27.05.2025 at about

8.30 a.m., complainant and Manjunath were proceeding

on a Pulsar two wheeler bearing Registration No.KA-06HW-1459 with a cash of Rs.4,20,000/- kept in the tank cover and another cash of Rs.30,000/- kept by Manjunath, so as to give the amount to Mukambika Finance in Tumkur. At about 9.30 a.m., when they reached near Chowdeshwari Temple, a car came from behind and tried to hit against their two-wheeler, causing them to fall. Four persons got down from the said car, pointed a knife at them and sprinkled chilli powder on the face of Manjunath and robbed the cash.

From the petitioner, a cash of Rs.10,000/- is alleged to have been recovered. However, it is argued by the petitioner’s counsel that, petitioner has not been identified by the victim in the test identification parade conducted by the Taluka Executive Magistrate, Koratagere, which is not disputed by the State.

Petitioner was arrested on 30.5.2025. He has

no criminal antecedents. Accused Nos.2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are

enlarged on bail in Crl.P.No.10763/2025 vide order dated 21.8.2025 and accused No.8 has been granted bail in Crl.No.8828/2025 vide order dated 17.7.2025. Petitioner is said to be a permanent resident of the address shown in the cause title. Investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed. He has undertaken to furnish adequate surety for his release. Hence, the following:

I. Petition is allowed.

II. Petitioner/accused No.9 in Crime No.110/2025 of Koratagere Police Station, Tumakuru, shall be enlarged on bail, subject to following conditions:

He shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only), with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court.
