The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashment of FIR and complaint, for the offence punishable under Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2008. Now, the Investigating Officer has investigated the matter and filed charge sheet against the petitioner – accused. Hence, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
