Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The contents of withdrawal memo read as under:

“HEREIN, the Advocate for the above mentioned Petitioners most humbly submits that this Memo as under;

That in the above mentioned case, this Application was filed challenging the impugned order passed on Bail Application during crime stage, now that the Police Custody has been taken and report has been furnished by the Respondent and that Bail has been granted by the Hon’ble Trial Court under change of circumstances.
