This petition is filed by accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash FIR in Crime No.35/2024 of Belagavi City Women P.S. registered for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of IPC.

Respondent No.2 has filed a complaint and the

same came to be registered against the petitioners for offences under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.35/2024 of Belagavi City Women P.S. The said FIR is sought to be quashed in the present petition.

Sri. Santosh B. Malligawad, learned counsel files vakalath for respondent No.2. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.1.

Respondent No.2 is present before the Court and submits that now she is residing in the house of her husband along with her husband and his family members and she has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners.

In view of the above compromise between the petitioners and respondent No.2 and as the respondent No.2 is residing with the petitioners and leading married life, proceedings against the petitioners requires to be quashed.
