Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition.

2. The memo reads as under

The petitioner submits that the above petition is preferred challenging the registration of crime as against him in Camp PS Crime No.69/2024. It is submitted that pending adjudication of the matter, the Investigating Officer has completed the Investigation and has also filed Charge sheet as against petitioner.

Therefore, in view of the charge sheet being filed, the present petition would become infructuous. Hence, the present memo is filed seeking to withdraw the above case with a liberty to challenge the charge sheet and all further proceedings.

WHEREFORE, it is most humble prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to dismiss the above petition as withdrawn for having become infructuous and further be pleased to grant liberty to the petitioner to
