This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is filed with a prayer to quash the FIR in Crime No.65/2024 registered by Belagavi City CEN Crime Police Station, Belagavi City, for the offences punishable under Sections 66 and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2008 and Sections 201, 406 and 420 of IPC, as against the petitioner.

Learned HCGP submits that investigation in the case is completed and charge sheet is ready. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet in the manner known to law, if the same is filed adverse to the interest of the petitioner.

The said submission is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
