Learned counsel for the appellant had filed a memo dated 02.09.2024 reporting the death of the appellant and produced the copy of the death certificate along with said memo. In the memo, it is also stated that the appellant has deposited fine of Rs.25,000/-.

After this memo, learned counsel for the respondent has been directed to verify regarding death of the appellant.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed memo along with verification report of the Investigating Officer wherein the death of the appellant has been confirmed and along with said report the copy of death certificate of the appellant has been produced. The date of death of the appellant is 26.07.2022.

On perusal of the order sheet of the trial Court, the appellant has deposited fine of Rs.25,000/- on 09.02.2016. Hence, the fine is appropriated to the State.
