Facts in nutshell for disposal of the present petition are as under:

On account of strained relationship, respondent filed a matrimonial case in M.C.No.63/2024 for the relief of dissolution of the marriage. Respondent's wife has sought for transfer of the said proceedings on the ground of geographical distance and financial incapacity. She also pleaded that she has already filed a petition under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Therefore, sought for transfer of the case from Challakere to Bengaluru.

Having heard the arguments of the parties, it is noted that geographical distance and financial incapacity are no longer good parameters for transfer of a pending case from one Court to another Court, in view of the Video conferencing facility.
