Learned counsel for the petitioner files memo, which

“The petitioner submits that the respondent has filed the divorce petition against the petitioner in M.C.No.7265/2024 and the same is pending on the file of learned I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. The petitioner herein has filed the present petition seeking transfer of the divorce petition filed by the respondent herein to the Family Court at Mysore and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant stay to the further proceedings in M.C.No.7265/2024. In the present petition this Hon'ble Court referred the matter to the mediation centre for amicable settlement. Accordingly, both parties have appeared before the mediation centre and both of them agreed to join and lead married life. In view of the stay order granted by this Hon'ble Court, the learned Family Judge is unable to record the settlement and dispose of the matter. In view of the settlement, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity.”
