Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC

to transfer MC No.58/2023 pending consideration before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM at Gadag to the Competent Family Court at Vijaypur.

Having taken note of the submission made

by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as the distance between Gadag and Vijaypur is more than 170 kilo meters and the petitioner has to take care of a minor child, I find force in the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly, petition is allowed .
