The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

i. Pass an order for winding up of Avesthagen Limited, Unit No.3, Discoverer, 9^th Floor, International Tech Park, Whitefield Road, Bangalore-560066, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

ii. Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant, in the circumstances of the case, including an order as costs of the present petition in the interest of justice and equity.
